Carthage is moving to Black Mountain Software, which will temporarily affect how utility payments are made. From February 26 to March 31, payments must be made by cash, check, or money order while we complete the system upgrade. Learn more about what to expect during the transition.

Local State of Emergency Declared

The Carthage Board of Commissioners held an emergency meeting Friday. January 23rd at 12:30 pm at the McDonald Building where they discussed the need to be proactive in protecting the citizens of Carthage. The Board chose to enact a Resolution Declaring a Local State of Emergency for the Town of Carthage.
