Planning Board

The Carthage Planning Board is an advisory authority to the Carthage Board of Commissioners. The Planning Board has many duties relating to the growth, development, and re-development of the town and its surrounding extraterritorial planning area. It may be asked to make studies and recommend to the Board of Commissioners any plans, goals, and objectives relating to this subject as well as hear re-zoning requests, development requests and any matter pertaining to the physical development of the Town of Carthage.

Meeting Information

Meetings take place the 1st Thursday of every month beginning at 6:00 p.m. in the McDonald Building located at 207 McReynolds Street.
