Due to Tropical Storm Debby, the Town of Carthage will operate on the following adverse weather schedule:

Wednesday, August 7: Town Hall closing at 2:00 p.m.

Thursday, August 8: Town Hall Closed.

Friday, August 9: Town Hall opening at 11:00 a.m.

All emergency and essential personnel will be operating to provide 24/7 support to our community.
