The "Little Subdivision" is a by-right development. By-right development is a development process where a project is approved automatically if it complies with all established local zoning and building codes, without the need for special permits or discretionary approval from officials.
This 35-home subdivision will go before the Planning Board and subsequently the Board of Commissioners for Site Plan review only.
