The Board will consider a request for a Conditional Zoning Request for project known as “Priest Hill,” a mixed-use development of approximately 134+ acres of land located at Parcel: 00005664, 00005666, 00000262, 20030408, 00005671, 00990018, and 00005663; Zone RA-40, R-20 and TBD to Planned Unit Development (PUD).
This project is proposed as a Planned Unit Development. This project is proposing to include townhomes, single family homes, commercial/industrial flex lots, office commercial, commercial outparcel and a retail center.
