Utility Bills Due

Next date: Friday, September 25, 2026 | 08:00 AM to 04:00 PM

Town of Carthage utility bills become due on the 25th of every month and should be paid by 4:00 p.m. There is a 10-day grace period to allow our customers time to make their payments. This grace period ends at the close of business on the 5th day of every month. Bills that are not paid by the 5th of the month are considered late and will be assessed a late fee and disconnection of water service. 

Please Note:

• We do not disconnect/reconnect water service on weekends. 
• For times when the 5th of the month falls on a Friday, holiday or weekend day, late fees and disconnection shall occur on the next business day.
