The Town of Carthage has issued a Water Shortage Alert and is asking all customers to conserve water. Effective Monday, July 6th, all Class 3 (Non-Essential) Water Uses are prohibited under the Town's Water Shortage Conservation Ordinance. This includes watering lawns, gardens, landscaped areas, parks, and other recreational areas, as well as ornamental ponds and similar features.
We appreciate all of the patience and understanding our customers have shown as town staff worked diligently to get the payment portal up and running. We are pleased to announce that the portal is NOW LIVE! Please visit our information page at the link below and sign up today!
