The Town of Carthage, located in Moore County, North Carolina, has a need for a qualified and experienced firm or individual to develop design materials that advance phases one and two of the Carthage Downtown Revitalization Master Plan to construction.

Qualified firms/individuals wishing to be considered may submit a completed RFQ by downloading the PDF document, which includes all instructions, contacts, and procedures to be followed.

As stated in the RFQ document, responses must be received by the closing date.

The Town of Carthage is in negotiations with the chosen bidder for this project and are working toward executing an agreement for design services. If an agreement can be reached all bidders will receive a formal letter. If an agreement cannot be reached, the Town will move to the next qualified bidder.
