The Community Building, affectionately known as the "Rock Building", is a historic building constructed using field stone found here in Carthage. It has served as the Carthage Town Hall in the past and now continues to serve the community as a rentable building for events and functions. 

Security Deposits are required in order to secure rental. Deposits are refundable based on condition of property after your event. Please allow 2-3 weeks for refund to be processed.

Hours

Building is available for weekend rentals. All functions should be finished and guests dispersed by midnight.

Rates

Security Deposit: $100

In-Town Resident Rate: $200/day

Out-of-Town Resident Rate: $250/day

Alcohol Permit: $50
