Due to reduced water levels in Nick’s Creek, the Town of Carthage is requesting voluntary water conservation as North Carolina continues to experience ongoing drought conditions. Please limit outdoor watering, car washing, and other nonessential uses to help protect our drinking water supply.

Utility bills become due on the 25th of every month. There is a 10-day grace period to allow our customers time to pay. Bills received after the 5th of the month are considered to be late and will be assessed a late fee and service disconnected.
