The Town of Carthage is committed to maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming community. If you see something that needs attention—whether it’s a pothole, overgrown property, a streetlight that’s out, or a possible code violation—you can use our Report a Concern form to let us know.

You can use the form to report non-emergency issues such as:

It is routed to the appropriate department (e.g., Public Works, Code Enforcement, Planning).
