The Town of Carthage offers the option of having water bills emailed to customers. Please contact the Town Office at 947-2331 if you would like to have your bill sent by email. An online bill pay option is available when using a credit/debit card. You will need to know your account number and bill amount to complete your transaction. Pay Water Bill Online.
