PUBLIC HEARING: Rezoning of 431 Union Church Road

The Board of Commissioners for the Town of Carthage have called for a public hearing to be held on July 18, 2022 beginning at 6:30 p.m. at the McDonald Building located at 207 McReynolds Street, Carthage, NC to hear a request from the property owner of 431 Union Church Road to rezone Parcel #00001714 from R-20 to RA-40 for the purpose of dividing the property into two parcels and installing a mobile/manufactured home. Please find below the application as submitted to Town Staff.
