The Carthage Board of Commissioners has called an emergency meeting to discuss declaring a Town-wide State of Emergency in preparation for the winter storm heading our way.
The meeting will be held at the McDonald Building located at 207 McReynolds Street. Meeting will be at 12:30 pm today, Friday, January 23, 2026.
