The Town of Carthage will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, October 20, 2025, at 6:30 p.m. at the McDonald Building located at 207 McReynolds Street to discuss the following topics:
1. The Board will consider a request for contiguous annexation of the 4 lots located at Kindletree Lane (PID#00001712); Petitioner: Onsite Homes, LLC).
“Being all of Lots 1,2,3, & 4 “Minor Subdivision for Onsite Homes, LLC” and being duly recorded in Plat Cabinet 20, Page 847, Moore County Register of Deeds, North Carolina. All or a portion of the Property was acquired by Grantor by instrument recorded in Book 6300 Page 340. All or a portion of the Property does not include the primary residence of a Grantor. A map showing the Property is recorded in Book 20 Page 847."
