Certified Municipal Clerk- since 2001. I have been a Town Clerk for 16 years, employed with the town of Carthage for 6 years. I am a member of the North Carolina Association of Municipal Clerks and member of the International Institute of Municipal Clerks. I am a Notary Public. I entered the IIMC Master Municipal Clerk Academy in 2003. Classes include: NC Institute (School) of Government Effective Management 2002, IIMC Clerks' Certification Institute 2002, NC Institute (School) of Government Introduction to Zoning 2003, and IIMC Master Municipal Clerk Academy.
