Code Enforcement

Alliance Code Enforcement, a third party contractor for the Town of Carthage, works to improve the appearance of our community and maintain standards of living.  By ensuring safe, healthy places to live, work and play, code enforcement helps reduce the risk of declining property values and failing community pride. Employees of ACE Code Enforcement are trained and dedicated professionals who approach issues in a responsive and proactive manner to ensure basic living and working standards are enforced town wide.  ACE Code Enforcement investigates properties within the Town of Carthage twice a week and are always available to answer citizen's questions.
